5:30 pm Germany's Experiences with the Legalisation of Cannabis

Despite numerous warnings, cannabis, previously a prohibited drug, has been legalised for adults under certain conditions in Germany since 1 April 2024. This lecture briefly highlights the arguments put forward by the then so-called Traffic Light Coalition in favour of legalisation – and the disastrous real-life consequences for the development of drug consumption, the protection of young people and organised crime.
