Bálint Csordás

Regional Coordinator of MCC's Youth Talent Program

Bálint Csordás serves as the regional coordinator of the MCC FIT Program in Szekszárd. He holds degrees in English and Hungarian teaching as well as an M.B.A. He spent several years working abroad in multinational environments and, more recently, has taken on assignments as a coach and trainer. He joined the MCC team in December 2023, where he most appreciates the institution’s values, its vibrant intellectual atmosphere, and the joy of contributing to the development of young people.

He is responsible for the FIT Club, which he strives to make both engaging and appealing for students while also fostering a sense of community among them. He believes that shaping the mindset of young people aged ten to fourteen is essential for their future career choices and life paths
