Ricardo Ruiz de la Serna- Head of Studies at “Fundación Disenso” and associate lecturer on Current World History at the international degrees of San Pablo-CEU University in Madrid. He's a teacher at CEU-CEFAS and an associate researcher st the Madrid Office of the Center for Fundamental Rightss. He has been awarded the Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit (2023). He is the author of “El Genocidio Armenio” (Última Línea, 2022). He works in the field of history of propaganda and political communication in Europe.
