Stéphane Bonichot is a French lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010. Following international legal experience at prominent firms including Linklaters (Paris), Salans (Berlin), and Wuersch and Gering (New York), he joined BRIARD Law Firm in 2012. In 2024, the firm became BRIARD BONICHOT & Associés, a practice authorized to represent clients before the French Supreme Court.

Bonichot specializes in litigation before the French Supreme Court, the French Constitutional Court, the European Court of Justice, and the European Court of Human Rights. His expertise lies in tax law, cross-border legal issues, and fundamental rights.
