Minister of Culture of Paraguay from 2016 to 2018, Vice Minister of Education of Paraguay 2018-2022, President of the Inter-American Commission on Culture of the Organization of American States (OAS) 2019 and President of the Cultural Diversity Committee of UNESCO 2020. Honored by the Italian government with the Order of Knight of the Star of Italy
