5:00 pm High-Tech Wars and the New Frontiers of International Conflict

Szombathely_Event
MCC Szombathely Center
9700 Szombathely Petőfi Sándor utca 6.

In this discussion, our participants will explore how cutting-edge technologies—ranging from artificial intelligence and cyber capabilities to autonomous weapons and space-based systems—are transforming the nature of global conflict. As geopolitical rivalries intensify, emerging technologies are reshaping strategic balances and introducing new risks of escalation. The discussion will highlight the blurred boundaries between conventional and non-conventional warfare in the digital age. Special attention will be given to the implications of tech-driven conflicts for international law, deterrence theory, and global security governance.
